A SoCal Icon who will truly be missed ![]()
I am filled with great sadness after learning of the passing of Ed Arnold. He was not only a great mentor but a true friend. When I was getting started in broadcasting and learning my way through the non-profit world, Ed always treated me as an equal. ![]()
I had the honor of sharing the stage with Ed during countless charity events and I always learned something new from him each time. But maybe the most important advice he gave me was that it was ok to say no. That word was never in my vocabulary, but Ed said to never lose sight of what’s truly important and that’s time with your family. ![]()
Michelle and I send our thoughts and prayers to his wife Dixie, his son, Dean, daughter-in-law Rachel and grandchildren Jacob and Luke. ![]()
And as I am on this journey around the world, there is a part of me that knows….Ed would approve. Rest in peace my friend.
Cam America ![]()
It’s not often you get to cover and be part of a career of a face of a franchise, but I had the PRIVILEGE of being their from the beginning of Cam Fowler’s @anaheimducks career. ![]()
A few of the many great memories:![]()
-talking with him after his name was called in 2010 in LA
-watching him act as chauffeur for @sel8nneteemu and Ryan Getzlaf on multiple home openers
-his gracious pre and post game interviews even after a tough loss
-always willing to go along with my annoying humor
-of course posing as Cam America
-filming the episode of Leave it to Cam when he was living with the Niedermayer’s
-watching him transform from an 18 year old rookie to a husband then father and finally a team and community leader
-and finally just getting to know a good person who always treated everyone around him with respect including me!![]()
Cam you will be missed in Anaheim but can’t wait for what’s next for your career and your family!![]()
Best of luck with @stlouisblues and look forward to seeing you somewhere down the road!![]()

Many moons ago I had the pleasure of being one of the announcers for the #anaheimfallfestivalparade which is taking place on Saturday 10/5! A craft beer festival has been added as part of this year’s event called Firkenstein! My friend @focacciaboi is on of the many volunteers helping to put on this event!![]()
It’s a great day with family and friends and definitely gets you in the Halloween 🎃 spirit! Hope you all can stop by!![]()

Sunset. Sunrise.![]()
It’s time for the next chapter and time for me to step away from sports broadcasting as I know it today. My family and I have made a big and very important decision to take some time and experience the world together. So, starting in October we will start a journey around the sun.![]()
Our family, my wife Michelle, 7-year-old daughter Everly and myself, have created a family and lifestyle brand. Possibility, Creativity and Tranquility that leads to Frenchitivity.![]()
For the next year we will be traveling the world bringing stories that connect all these dots. Telling stories of people, places and cultures that will hopefully fill our followers with inspiration and happiness.![]()
This new platform will contain a variety of content including the Frenchitivity Podcast where Michelle and I will interview individuals, couples and families who have decided to “sell it all” in the hopes of adventure and fulfillment.![]()
THANK YOU to the @anaheimducks and @angels organizations who have and will continue to be part of our family! THANK YOU to @ballysportwest for giving me the opportunity to do what I love. And THANK YOU to all the fans who have been part of my journey over the last 25 years!![]()
So, this isn’t goodbye, just goodbye for now. I invite you all to be part of this journey with us and follow the @frenchitivityfamily
