Take me out to the ballgame…in Japan!I feel very fortunate to have experienced the culture, energy, and passion that engulfs Japanese baseball! Thank you to @bobbyvinstamford and the @hanshintigers_official for helping make this day happen and providing a special memory to my family that we will cherish for years to come. The day was even more memorable because we were able to share the experience with @travelingilberts a family that we met on our travels and Japan became the 4th country that we spent time together and for that we are truly grateful!A 2pm Sunday game between the Tigers and Hiroshima Carp at Hanshin Koshien Stadium was more like a playoff game and had moments that reminded me of a soccer match with the sell out crowd breaking into chants and cheers every inning! Oh and the @hanshintigers_official came from behind to win making the day even better!! ... See MoreSee Less

A SoCal Icon who will truly be missed I am filled with great sadness after learning of the passing of Ed Arnold. He was not only a great mentor but a true friend. When I was getting started in broadcasting and learning my way through the non-profit world, Ed always treated me as an equal. I had the honor of sharing the stage with Ed during countless charity events and I always learned something new from him each time. But maybe the most important advice he gave me was that it was ok to say no. That word was never in my vocabulary, but Ed said to never lose sight of what’s truly important and that’s time with your family. Michelle and I send our thoughts and prayers to his wife Dixie, his son, Dean, daughter-in-law Rachel and grandchildren Jacob and Luke. And as I am on this journey around the world, there is a part of me that knows….Ed would approve. Rest in peace my friend. ... See MoreSee Less

Cam America It’s not often you get to cover and be part of a career of a face of a franchise, but I had the PRIVILEGE of being their from the beginning of Cam Fowler’s @anaheimducks career. A few of the many great memories:-talking with him after his name was called in 2010 in LA-watching him act as chauffeur for @sel8nneteemu and Ryan Getzlaf on multiple home openers-his gracious pre and post game interviews even after a tough loss-always willing to go along with my annoying humor-of course posing as Cam America-filming the episode of Leave it to Cam when he was living with the Niedermayer’s-watching him transform from an 18 year old rookie to a husband then father and finally a team and community leader-and finally just getting to know a good person who always treated everyone around him with respect including me!Cam you will be missed in Anaheim but can’t wait for what’s next for your career and your family!Best of luck with @stlouisblues and look forward to seeing you somewhere down the road!#FrenchiesFriends#camamerica ...
